One Hundred and Thirteen Highway Authorities across England and Parts of Scotland have signed up to take part in this year’s survey and we are delighted to welcome 2 new Authorities to the Survey this year: Isle of Man and St Helen’s. For a full list of participants please contact us.
We have 4 Regions that have full coverage by the survey: Greater Manchester, Yorkshire & Humberside, Eastern and South West. This provides them the opportunities to compare results right across their region as well as against other individual Authorities.
Nearly all English Highways Authorities have now taken the opportunity to ask for their public’s view using the generic NHT Survey questionnaire during the survey’s eleven-year history. The only Authorities that have never participated in the NHT Survey are Birmingham City Council, The Isle of Wight, Leicester City Council, Rutland and Sefton.
We are very excited with the New ‘On-Line Survey’ offering this year, allowing you to ask specific user groups their views of your all, or part of your service and compare those responses/results with that of the NHT Public Satisfaction Survey. Twelve Authorities have already confirmed they will be using one or all of the online options this year, the online options are; Public Representative Survey, Business User Survey and the 6 Individual Theme Surveys (Accessibility Theme, Public Transport, Walking and Cycling, Road Safety, Tackling Congestion and Highway Maintenance). The start of these will coincide with the NHT Survey, there is still time to order these, if you would like any further information or would like to order any of these please get in touch before the deadline date of 25th May 2018.
