One in four of the households that received the NHT Public Satisfaction Survey questionnaire this year responded. This is the highest response recorded in the 10 year history of the survey and shows a year on year increase from the 2016 record of a little under 1%.
Of the 101,864 people that responded to the survey this year, well over10,000 chose to complete the survey online, around 4000 more than in 2016.

The process of turning the data into useable reports has begun. Although there are very few changes planned to this year’s reporting there is the added challenge of providing reports that reflect the introduction of the 8 page or 12 page questionnaire choice, without detracting from the ability to benchmark results. However, delivery of the initial results to Authorities by 16 October is on target, followed by the results pages at www.nhtnetwork.org going live on this web site by 23 October 2017.
