One hundred and twelve Highway Authorities across England and parts of Scotland have signed up to take part in this year’s survey, six more than last year and we are delighted to welcome four new Authorities to the survey: Manchester City Council, North East Lincolnshire Council, North Lincolnshire Council and Salford City Council. With the inclusion this year of Manchester City Council and Salford City Council, Greater Manchester now has full coverage by the survey providing opportunities to look at results right across their region as well as by individual authority. The same applies to Yorkshire & The Humber region with participation by North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire completing the picture.
Virtually all the English Highways Authorities have now taken the opportunity to ask for their public’s views, by use of the generic NHT survey questionnaire at one time or another, during the survey’s 10-year history, the exceptions being Birmingham City Council, the Isle of Wight, Leicester City Council, Rutland, Sefton and St Helens.
Eighty-six Authorities have joined or renewed their membership of the CQC Efficiency Network and it is anticipated that more will sign up in the next few weeks as the call for data for the 2016/2017 financial year begins.
We are not able to take any more orders for the 2017 NHT Survey but if your Authority would like to take part next year please get in touch.
