The NHT Network has developed a range of benchmarking services to meet the changing demands of the sector, these are listed below.
Although these NHT Network services focus on improvement through the collection and comparison of data, the Network offers much more: it actively encourages members to share experiences and good practice through member meetings, conferences, facilitated workshops, case studies and practice notes (for more details see About Us). A library of case studies and practice material is available via this website (see Library).
Our Key Services
Best known for the Public Satisfaction Survey which started in 2008, which has seen 139 Local Highways Authorities take part, you can know canvas opinion from user groups and wider audiences via the additional Online Surveys. Then there are the Cost and Service benchmarking via the CQC Efficiency Network and Performance Management Framework which has seen over 100 Authorities take part since the start in 2015.
