WELCOME TO THE National Highways & Transport Network
The Sector's Leading Improvement Organisation
The NHT Network is the leading performance improvement organisation for members that share a common interest in measuring and comparing their performance in order to improve.
NHT provides a supported Network environment in which members can:
• measure their own performance
• compare with their peers and
• identify areas for improvement
The Network shares experiences and good practice through member meetings, conferences, facilitated workshops, case studies and practice notes, all accessible via this web site.
Setting standards for your transport network performance
Probably best known for the NHT Public Satisfaction Survey and the CQC Efficiency Network, the NHT Network enjoys growing sector recognition and is referenced in DfT’s Incentive Fund Self-Assessment Questionnaire and in the Audit Scotland Report: Maintaining Scotland's Roads: a follow up report.
